During his initial years at FRR, he skilfully catered to a diverse clientele, trading in India's bustling capital market. Notably, Jay played a pivotal role in establishing FRR Immigration by opening the EB-5 program for clients in 2016. Since then, his perceptive leadership has driven the remarkable success of the Immigration by Investment business, across top global migration programs. His innovative strategies and relentless pursuit of excellence continue to steer the company ahead, making FRR a name synonymous with trust and integrity in the immigration sector. Jay holds a BS and MBA degree in Marketing from Bentley University, Boston.
As the Director, Aditya brings extensive experience from Wall Street to the team. Transitioning from equity research analyst to sales trader, his strategic acumen has been pivotal since joining the business in 2013. With a background in Economics and Finance, his visionary approach is further exemplified by his pivotal role in spearheading the Immigration by Investment sector. Since 2016, at FRR Immigration, Aditya tailors investment solutions while navigating residency and citizenship investments for clients worldwide. Since 2017, Aditya has served as Director at FRR Shares & Securities Ltd., playing a pivotal role in propelling the company's growth through his unwavering dedication to excellence and client satisfaction.
Janak Mehta, the esteemed founder of FRR, boasts an impressive four-decade career in India's capital markets. He graduated from Mumbai University and furthered his education with executive courses at the prestigious Indian School of Business and Harvard Business School (HBS). Notably, he served as Chairman of his batch at HBS, reflecting his exceptional leadership qualities. Throughout his illustrious career, Janak has actively contributed to the financial landscape, participating in various committees for both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the Association of National Stock Exchange Members. With his extensive experience and profound insights, Janak continues to guide FRR's strategic direction, embodying a legacy of excellence and innovation in the industry.
